Essential Oils

One of my favorite ways to unwind after a long day of work is to diffuse essential oils! I recently purchased a new diffuser during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale (to replace an old, cheap one I got a few years ago). It’s now sold out, but I found a very similar one on Amazon here.


The brands that I really like are Sun Essential Oils and Plant Guru. Both are available for purchase through Amazon (here and here) which makes it SO easy to buy. I recently bought big 4oz. jars of my go-to scents because I use them so often!


The key is to get a cold-air diffuser, as heat can cause the oils to evaporate and degrade quickly. Simply add 5-10 drops of one or more essential oils to your diffuser and you’re good to go! Breathing in the diffused oil is a really gentle way to absorb their many benefits (better sleep, more energy, etc).

I keep my diffuser on my nightstand, right next to some of my favorite crystals and a candle. Pretty much all centered around promoting relaxation and feeling good! 🙂

∇ Eucalyptus + Tea Tree
∇ Lavender + Roman Chamomile (good for promoting restful sleep!)
∇ Peppermint + Eucalyptus
∇ Lemon + Bergamot
∇ Lavender + Ylang Ylang
